Here’s the packet with everything you ever wanted to know about a Studio 4 Dance Recital. Please print any forms you need to fill out and bring to your teacher at the studio.  If you cannot view this packet for some reason, there will be limited copies available at the studio. Please just ask your teacher for one. We need ALL forms turned in no later than June 1st!
