Please have a fees turned into your teacher by March 13, 2010. Otherwise, a costume may not be ordered for you. If this is a problem, please make arrangements with your teacher.

Our theme this year is “The Circus”. This should be a blast!!

If you don’t know how much you owe for costumes, please ask your teacher.

The date has not been set in stone just yet. We are waiting on confirmation from the auditorium. As soon as we have a solid date, we’ll let you know. We are shooting for the first weekend in June, but it is possible it will be the second weekend.

Parents and siblings are welcome to join in the festivities. We will not be having regular class (so dance clothes and shoes are not required).

Please also remember, that Studio 4 Dance will be closed for the full week of Christmas as well as the full week of New Years (December 21-January 3). Regular classes will resume Monday January 4th.

After the break, we will begin preparing for our Spring Recital! Our theme this year is “The Circus”. So, if you have any fantastic ideas for the show, please share them with your teacher!

We will keep you posted as to a specific date and location of the show after we have it locked in.

Since we did not have class this past Saturday on October 17th, here’s the make-up schedule.

If you regularly have class from 10:00-11:00 AM, please come Wednesday 10/21/09 from 5:00-6:00 PM.

If you regularly attend the class at 11:00 AM -12:30 PM, please come Wednesday 10/28/09 from 4:30-6:00 PM (Tap 4:30, Ballet 5:00 and Jazz 5:30).

If you are unable to attend the make-up class, please see me for other options.

• Tuition:

Session 2 tuition is due November 11-17, 2009. Remember, you have a one week grace period until $5.00 per week will be added to your payment.

• Thanksgiving:

For the holiday, we will not be holding classes from Novemeber 25-28th. There is no need for a make-up class for this break as it is built in to the tuition schedule already.

• Show-Off Week:

Ms. Jamie has scheduled Show-Off week for November 9-15th. This is when you are welcome into the studio to observe your child’s classes. You are welcome to bring cameras to class that day. There is no special performance, just a peek at what we do on a regular basis.

Our neighbors at the Agape Shop have requested that we not use their parking area. Most days this isn’t an issue, but Saturday mornings we are both open for business and they have complained about our students/parents using their parking during their hours of operations. I know parking is limited and we apologize for this inconvenience, but please find a spot on the side of the building or on the street.
